Shane brings extensive experience across mining, civil construction, road infrastructure, equipment supply, technical support, and workforce training. His background includes senior roles with WIRTGEN Africa, where he worked closely with contractors, government agencies, and infrastructure providers.

As Managing Director of EarthSales, Shane has developed strong industry networks across Africa and internationally, supplying road construction, mining, and heavy equipment solutions.
